  Was very disappointed with Chase Edwards. Continually phoning me until I agreed to see one of their consultants who apparently would tell me what "diverting your tax dollars" meant. He came to our house and took down our financial details but couldnt tell us anything as we had to take the 2nd step and have another meeting with another Consultant on the Gold Coast and $150 deposit. A couple of weeks later, off we go with all our paperwork they asked us to bring. Financials, loans, credit card, store cards and any other debts we had, pay slips, all ID's etc etc. Was wondering to myself, why do they need all this info to discuss our future Finanacial planning i could understand our money commitments, but not marriage certificate, licenses and passports.
  After 2 hours, the guy finally said for us to retire comfortably, we would have to take out a loan against our home plus borrow $400k and buy a house and land package. Their choice of course, not ours.
  At the end of the day, all they are, is a company that is obviously in bed with Developers trying to sell house and land packages, do yourself a favour and stay clear of these people.
